Elaine likes to make an impression. A lover of the unexpected, her art reflects her appreciation of vibrant colours and unanticipated inclusions. Her work often includes 10+ layers of mixed media, which she encourages her audience to touch. Her aim is to provide not only a visual experience, but also a tactile one.

Elaine is a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and the Arts Council of the Central Okanagan. She has exhibited at galleries throughout the Okanagan and her work has found its place into private collections across North America.​​ She works out of her studio in Kelowna, BC.
