Elaine Hatch

MIXED MEDIA ARTIST

Elaine likes to make an impression. Her paintings often encompass 10+ layers of mixed media so that she can engage viewers on a visceral level as well as an emotional one. Her aim is not only to impact her audience, but also to connect.

Elaine has a brash and intuitive approach to painting. Her creative process is nearly as interesting as her final product!

Workshops

Elaine is a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and the Arts Council of the Central Okanagan. She has exhibited at galleries throughout the Okanagan and her work has found its place into private collections across North America.

Elaine's studio is based in Kelowna, BC Canada. Elaine is available to lead demos or teach hands-on-classes in the Okanagan. Two of her most popular offerings are Creating Texture from Mixed Media and Collaging with Gel Skins.
